TECH TALK TITANS maintains a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy for all digital products, SaaS subscriptions, software services, development projects, consulting services, cloud solutions, communication products, and technology services unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
All payments made to TECH TALK TITANS are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, users shall not be entitled to request or claim refunds, reversals, reimbursements, or chargebacks under normal circumstances.
Payments for SaaS platforms, digital subscriptions, cloud applications, APIs, software licenses, downloadable products, and communication services are non-refundable due to the nature of instant digital access.
Payments made for custom software development, web development, AI integrations, automation systems, consulting, deployment services, and technical implementation become non-refundable once project work, planning, or resource allocation has commenced.
Users may discontinue usage of services at any time; however, cancellation does not create eligibility for refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or reversals of previously paid charges.
Users are responsible for managing subscription cancellations before the next billing cycle.
Once subscription payments are processed, amounts remain non-refundable.
Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals initiated without prior communication may result in suspension or permanent termination of services, accounts, and future business access.
TECH TALK TITANS reserves the sole and absolute right to evaluate exceptional circumstances, if any.
Any consideration of refunds remains entirely at the discretion of TECH TALK TITANS and does not establish obligations or precedents.
By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any TECH TALK TITANS product or service, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
