We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any educational institution, university, or organization. Our classes and services are designed and delivered directly by our internal team.
2. Certificate Policy
We currently do not provide certificates for our classes or services. Our focus is on delivering live, interactive learning experiences via Zoom to help participants gain practical skills.
3. Business Continuity
As a startup, we take special care to ensure uninterrupted service. All our live sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted via Zoom. In case of any unexpected disruptions, such as technical issues or scheduling conflicts, we immediately notify customers and provide rescheduled sessions or appropriate support.
4. Proof of Delivery
After successful purchase, each customer receives a manual email containing the Zoom class link, session time, and joining instructions. This email acts as proof of delivery. If a customer does not receive the email within 12 hours, they can contact our support team for assistance.
